THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF MISS ANNA BEALL
GEORGIA, WARREN COUNTY.
I, MissAnna Beall, of said county, being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make this my last will and testimony, hereby revoking any and all others that I have heretofore made.
ITEM ONE
It is my will and desire that my body be buried in a Christian-like manner in the family cemetery in Warren County, and in a manner suitable to my circumstance in life.
ITEM TWO
I it is my will and desire that all of my just debts be paid as soon as practicable after my death.
Item Three
I will, devise and bequeath to my niece, Pearl Greene Baker, the sum of five dollars, and to her two daughters, Joyce Baker and Mamie Ruth Baker the sum of five dollars each.
ITEM FOUR
I will, devise and bequeath to my sister-in-law Orche Beall, the sum of five dollars, and to Betty Jane Beall, her daughter, the sum of five dollars.
ITEM FIVE
I will, bequath and devise to my nephew, Sam Beall, the sum of five dollars, and to Willa Beall, the wife of Sam Beall, the sum of five dollars.
ITEM SIX
I will, devise and bequeath to my nephew, Augustus Beall, the sum of five dollars, and to Ruth Beall, the wife of Augustus Beall, the sum of five dollars.
ITEM SEVEN
I will, devise and bequeath to my great-nephew, Augustus Beall, Jr., the sum of five dollars, and to my great-nephew, Walter Crama Beall, the sum of five dollars and to my great-niece, Mary Augusta Beall, the sum of five dollars.
ITEM EIGHT
I desire and direct that my home near Beall Springs in which I am now living, together with all furniture located therein, be sold by my executor and the proceeds be paid over to my niece, Nannie Will Smith.
ITEM NINE
All the balance of my property of whatever kind and wherever situated, I will, devise and bequeath to my niece, Nannie Will Smith, to be her's absolutely and in fee simple.
ITEM TEN
I hereby appoint P. M. Corley, of Glascock County, Georgia, as Executor of this Will. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this the 9th day of September, 1940.
Signed, sealed, declared and published by Miss Anna Beall as her last will and testament in the presence of the undersigned as witnesses thereto, being called individually and specially by Miss Anna Beall as witnesses to this will, she first signing the same in our presence and we then signing as witnesses in her presence and in the presence of each other.
This is the 9th day of September, 1940.

Whereas, I, Miss Anna Beall, of Warren County, Georgia, did on the 9th day of September, 1940, sign, seal, declare and publish my last will and testament in the presence of J. Cecil Davis, A. E. Massengale, and Paul Abbott, who signed the said will and testament as witnesses:
And, whereas, I am now desirous of changing the same by striking therefrom Items eight and nine in their entirity and adding a new Item eight and a new Item nine, I, the said Miss Anna Beall do hereby strike said Items Eight and nine from said will and substitute the following as Item eight and as Item nine of said Will.
Item eight: I will devise, and bequeath and devise to my Niece, Nannie Will Smith, the sum of five dollars.
Item nine: Should I not have sufficient property a t my death to pay all of the specific legacies in full, then and in that event I wish each legacy to abate proportionately. After all legacies heretofore set out have been paid then all of the balance of my property of whatever kind and wherever situated, both real and personal, I will, devise and bequeath to P. M. Cawley, of Glascock County, Georgia, to be his absolutely and in fee simple.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal, this the 13th day of June, 1944.
