This indenture made the 5h day of August nineteen hundred & one, between Fannie E. King of the county of Richmond & State of Georgia of the first part & Julius C. A. Beall of the County of Warren & State of Ga of the Second part witnesseth, that the Said party of the first part for and in consideration of two hundred & fifty $25000 dollars in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has granted, bargained, Sold aliened, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents, do grant bargain, Sell, alien, convey & confirm unto the Said party of the Second part, his heirs and assigns all the following property to wit; one lot of land in Said State & county in 154th dist G.M. containing Two acres adjoining lands of O. H. P. Beall on Southwest, & North & South by Beall Springs reservation, being lot no. 4 four and drawn by Fannie E. King as an heir at law in estate of Minerva Beall deceased, Said division being had in August 1885 between the heirs of Minerva Beall, and known as building lots in division of Said estate also one eighth 1/8 interest in the Beall Springs reservation, Said reserve containing 13 acres of land undivided and held in common by the heirs of Minerva Beall immediately around the Springs. To have and to hold the above granted & described property with all and Singular the rights members & appurtenances thereunto appertaining to the the only proper use benefit & behoof of the Said party of the Second part his heirs executors administrators & assigns in fee simple and the Said party of the first part the Said bargained property above described unto the Said party of the Second part his heirs executors administrators & assigns against the Said party of the first part her heirs executors administrators & assigns, and against all and every other person or persons Shall and does warrant & forever defend by virtue of these presents. In witness whereof the said party of the first part has hereunto set her hand & affirmed her Seal and delivered these presents the day & year first above written.
