Truth & Consequences of web site design

These pages provide two kinds of information:

1. Facts, stated as either Truth or the Consequences of that truth.
2. Opinions, in the form of Recommendations and Tips.  The opinions are based upon the Truth and Consquences, but are the opinions of the author.  You may have different opinions, but you cannot escape the Truth and Consequences.

It is hoped by the author that this information will be useful to those who are designing web sites.
